THE PROJECT Established by Genova International School of Soccer in January 2009 in Zané, in Vicenza, Northern Italy. The program is an exclusive operation to help footballers wanting a career pathway, and runs 10 months of the year from August to May. The program is open to players aged between 15 to 25 years. Players are given the chance of a lifetime to be able to live their dreams, living the life of a professional footballer, living and breathing football every day at the highest levels. THE PROGRAM Players work 6 days per week, some days with double sessions, which - aside from football training - include gym or pool sessions, weekly friendly games played against Serie A, B, C, D youth and senior teams. There is a rest day on Sundays on which players occasionally attend outings to watch Serie A and B games, and visit local towns within the Veneto region, eg., Venezia, Verona and Vicenza. Italian lessons are compulsory. Some participants undertake long distance education and assistance is given to players enrolled in short term courses. Another option we provide for players is to complete a basic coaching course. OBJECTIVES
